James asks…
Philippines Weather.?
I am Traveling to the Philippines on May 12 for 2 weeks… I was just wondering how bad the humidity was going to be? Is it really awful or not so bad?
Dean answers:
You don’t mention where you are going, but May? It’s pretty much very hot and humid all in the PHils, except for maybe up around Baguio. If you are a fat Kano, like me, (and I mean no offense, since that is a compliment really) you will sweat your butt off, literally, hahaha. I actually lost weight on my stays there, from walking all over the province, swimming, running in and out of malls and jeepneys. Any of the Pinoy that say it is not so bad, don’t believe it. No offense, pares.

Mabuhay!
The weather is gonna be fine here in the Philippines from the month of November to February to March.
These past days we are having a sunny weather. Hot temperature the entire day and cold at night specially in the morning from 4 to 6 AM.
Problem about rain? Well, no one can predict that there will be no rain. Just Bring Umbrella and sweaters.
Cheers!

Ken asks…
Location of Payapa, Lemery, Batangas Philippines weather price of building homes?
I want to buy the property in payapa lemery batangas and i want to know the location weather price of building a house Is is a nice place to live is it country living
Dean answers:
Batangas City is a town, really, and the surrounding countryside quite lovely. It’s not far to the beach, from there, and the weather, though HOT, is much more endurable than living say, in the “big” city, Manila.
Unfortunately, I don’t know about housing costs, or cost of building. I do know, however, that compared to the cost of building in the US is MUCH higher. One can have a great quality of life in The Philippines for not alot of money.
